After 30 years in the wood sector and being the third generation of cabinetmakers, Egurra Bikes launches the market offering its first URBAN ® standandised artisan frame made out of different woods. Exclusive and unrepeatable frames, thanks to the wide range of possibilities that the different grain patterns of the wood offer, all of them coming from certified forests.
We hope that you enjoy a stable and comfortable ride on your bicycle thanks to the great absorption capacity of impacts and vibrations of the wood, rigorously selected first quality woods.

The wood is beautiful and ecological
In Egurra Bikes we assess the wood´s impact absorption capacity that facilitates a more stable and comfortable ride of the bicycle. The wood is a material that, if it is taken care, protected and nourished, it can last generations. Each part of the frame is designed thinking about the user´s comfort, as well as its geometries make an Egurra Bikes frame a component with a high fatigue and impact resistance capacity. The frames are emptied from the inner part what makes them very light.
The wood is a renewable material, a CO2 store, the material that less energy consumes for its production and it is recyclable.
Of course we also take into account each rider´s preferences. We work in four frame sizes: S, M, L and XL, as well as, nine wood types, being those: Maple, ash, amaranth, wenge, redwood, European walnut, mongoy, bubinga and Zebrawood. Three parts can be customized the way you want, the inner side, the external side and the contour line.
We hope that you enjoy long rides through your city in your bicycle thanks to the geometries and design of the URBAN® models, designed for an upright and relaxed ride. If yours are the vintage lines the URBAN® RETRO is your bike. On the other hand, URBAN® NOWADAYS, with a more current design and a more aerodynamic pose. If you like a bit more aggressive line the NOWADAYS is your style.

Set your Egurra Bikes bicycle frame, combine woods, colors and grains that the different species offer. We invite you to get involved and to come as close as possible to the production process, that you are the one who decides how your bike is going to be. We bring you close the tool so that you customize your bicycle and it is another reason why your bike is exclusive.

Steps to get your Egurra Bikes bicycle
Step 1
Get in contact with us. We will talk about how you like your bicycle, model, measures, woods and accessories.
Step 2
We will start working once the order is formalized depositing 35%. The artisan production lasts between 10-12 weeks.
Step 3
A book of photographs of the finished bicycle will be sent and the remaining deposit will be done, in few days you will receive your exclusive bicycle.
